In its weekly terror report, the activist group Boomerang — Fighting for Israel focused in on the moving story of Asael Shabo. At the tender age of 9, Asael survived a horrific attack in which Arab terrorists murdered his mother and three of his brothers. He was shot in the leg and survived by playing dead, afterwards losing his leg due to the injury.

Despite all of that, Asael did not let the terrorists control his fate. He attended activities run by OneFamily, an organization supporting terror victims, and learned he could continue to play sports — a field where he has shone and hopes one day to compete in the Para-Olympics.
